



BUILDING BETTER EDUCATION
Education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Through our educational initiatives, in association with our sister organization HIM Educational Society, we aim to facilitate in providing quality education to underprivileged children and young adults, enabling them to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
The commitment of the Foundation & the Society for improving educational infrastructure in rural areas is exemplified by their contribution to government schools in District Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh. At the Govt Middle School in Village Patan, the Foundation and the Society undertook a comprehensive project to enhance the educational environment. This included constructing a new primary wing featuring five well-equipped classrooms, a library rich inresources and a functional office space. Additionally, the Foundation built a robust boundary wall and main gate, ensuring a secure and defined school perimeter. A new toilet block was also constructed, addressing essential santization needs.
Beyond infrastructural developments, the Foundation’s and Society’s holistic approach included providing supplementary teaching staff and nutritional support in the form of healthy breakfasts. We also supplied educational materials like bags and books, ensuring that the students had the necessary resources for effective learning.
The Foundation’s work at the Govt. Middle School in Village Emalha (Rajnagar Block, District Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh) involved critical infrastructural improvements. A new boundary wall and main gate were constructed, enhancing the security and aesthetics of the School. The Foundation also built a new toilet block, addressing vital hygiene and sanitization needs. Additionally they undertook the important task of repairing the roofs of the classrooms, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for the students.
BUILDING BETTER EDUCATORS
Recognizing the importance of quality education, the Foundation and the Society have been actively involved in enhancing the skills of teachers/educators through various training programs. In collaboration with the Society, the Foundation has focused on training Govt. School Teachers, a critical aspect of inclusive education. These training programs have been conducted in association with an expert outside agency for diverse audience.
The training programs conducted by us are as follows :

Two-day training program held on 28th & 29th March at BNSD Shiksha Niketan Balika School, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh; for giving training to 50+ teachers of the school.

Two-day training program held on 2nd & 3rd September 2023 at Khajuraho, District Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh; for giving training to about 600 government school teachers from various schools of the entire district.

One-day training program held on 10th December 2023 at Excellence School, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh for giving training to about 100 government school teachers.

One-day training program held on 11th December 2023 at Bada Malhera, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh for giving training to about 100 government school teachers.

One-day training program held on 2nd April 2024 at B.Ed. College, District Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh for giving training to abput 250 government school teachers belonging to various blocks of District Sagar, Madhya Pradesh for giving training to about 100 government school teachers.
The training programs are designed to equip educators/ teachers with contemporary teaching methodologies, specialized skills and a deep understanding of student psychology therapy enabling them to create a more effective and engaging learning environment for their students.
